I'm very disappointed with Truworths' service and credit handling. They increased my credit limit, only to reduce it after I made a purchase, leaving my account in arrears when it was nearly paid off. Contacting customer service was a nightmare—emails go unanswered properly, and basic issues like address updates seem beyond their ability to handle. Despite providing all my correct details, they refused to assist because of a minor address discrepancy, insisting I call their support line instead.

In-store experiences aren't any better. There are rarely enough staff at tills, no one on the floor to assist, and the service is painfully slow. Truworths has gone from being a reliable store to one I now dread visiting. Serious improvements are needed in both their customer service and operational efficiency.
