Unprofessional and ********* call centre agent Lerato Masingo

Hi where does Truworths get their outsourced debt retrieve companies or agents from.

OmH Lerato Masingo somethng phone me last week for payment arrangement and I informed her that I am unemployed and her first question to me was DO I NOT HAVE Family or friends where I can go borrow money by to pay my account...

I was shocked that this lady asked me that, reckless lending to the extreme.

I informed her that I will not be making debt on debt and guess what she just phoned my now and her first words again was 'were you able to borrow some money by a family member or friend'

When I said NO she asked did your HR contact you already, it's the 2nd of January 2020... These departments does not work over this period of the year.

Anyhow the Ombudsman is going to have a field day with this information and how your outsourced companies are threatening the people to pay and giving false, reckless installment solutions to make an account payment.

Asking about going to draw unemployment! Reallly she didn't.

I am aware of my account being in an arrears of R1300 not R3000 and something as per Lerato's information, calls are being recorded RIGHT.

I am settling and closing my Truworths account as soon as my money is paid out to me.
