Unprofessional and ********* service

I went to Truworths Menlyn today and I must say the service I received was short of being taken advantage off.I saw a skirt which was marked down to R275 and there was other 3 or 4 with the same price.To my disappointment when I went to the till to pay the cashier called the manager by name Tebogo to override something.When she came she said to me she is not allowed to override and Im like override what exactly, as I did not understand. She then said noo the price on the tag must be a typing error so sorry I cannot override the price on the system.I said to her what then happened to treating customers fairly as I was willing to pay for the price that they advertised and to make it more worse,it wasn't only the 1.skirt marked at that price.it was 4 of them. I was literally advised to take it at the system price or leave it, WHAT HAPPENS TO TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY AND ETHICALLY?? so disappointed 😞 I even took pictures of the price tag
