Unpleasant treatment of staff

Saturday Morning the 15th of July 2023, l was at The Pavilion Truworths shopping where i witnessed something very disturbing. A white man whom I assume is in a higher position was shouting at the employee in the presence of customers. He even used the word **** on her.

While I continued shopping, I saw the same man and a lady escorting the same young lady while she had tears in her eyes. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I could not believe that there are still people who treat people like that, no matter what she has done wrong that is not the way to treat a human being.

If this is how Truworths treat their staff as big company like that; then I'm highly disappointed. And I will be going back to Truworths Pavilion when I'm back in Durban on Thursday. I want to know happened to that young lady. Matters like that should not be ignored.
