******** Instalment
Here I was thinking that the issue of my Instalment being adjusted to the nearest 10 was resolved, but to my surprise, this was only resolved for 1 month, upon calling Lynn, she is now telling me that the instalment is calculated on the highest balance, my highest balance is R429 (less their annual fee which was settled in full during January), if you divide R429 by 6, you get R71.50, so why are they requesting me to pay R80 monthly instead of R71.50? I demand a detailed feedback which makes sense regarding this, I don't want to hear answers like \This is how our systems works it out\", should I not receive any feedback that makes sense, this will leave me with no option but to report this to the NCR, maybe they will give me a better understanding regarding some credit regulations. PS. You won't be receiving any payment until the instalment is adjusted accordingly, and kindly note that this account will be permanently closed soon because you failing to play open cards with me."
