Unjust Customer Service

Good day,

I am writing this email with great dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Truworths Branch in Protea Glen.

Discriminated against by a Store Manager whom was rude and provided me with the worst service ever. I laid a complaint with the head office but till today no response as to how I’ll be compensated for the inconvenience and unjustness.

I am a customer and I deserve to be treated like one, not like some 10year old.
