Unhelpful staff at Truworths

<p>On 24 Sept 2016, my wife had purchased a Revlon lipstick from your store in Pavilion. When we arrived home we noticed that lipstick container was empty. I immediately called the store and notified them accordingly. I was told to bring the item to the store and they will replace it. When we got to the store later the same afternoon (24/09/16), we were attended by Preston who was unaccomodating and insisted that the product was discontinued 3 years ago and refused to replace it. He undertook to conatct us on Monday (26/09/16)which he has failed to do. While the value of the product may be insignificant, the principle of the matter is that it is unfair to treat customers in this manner especially given the fact that I had to drive all the way back to the store to have this matter resolved. I kindly reqest your intervention in this regard.</p>
