Unhelpful lazy ********* staff

I bought an outfit in Cape Town after checking found fault with the stitching. Online showed Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain have the size, they looked and the mannequin had it on. Was told by Grace, if she take it off irrespective of the condition of the clothes I will have to buy it. This is because the mannequins clothes are specially made and is not the same quality and in the same condition as in the store because it is made specifically designed for the mannequins. This is after I was left waiting, first I was told the team that dress the mannequins is not available, I should come back the next day. When I refused to return the next day, Grace who was in charge of the mannequin outfits (spinned) me this story. I then told her it's fine because I don't want an outfit that is less than perfect, knowing she was talking nonsense. A bunch of lies only because she didn't wanted to undress the mannequin because by now it was just after 17h00 and the store closes at 17h30.
