unhappy with they online service

i have placed and order early Tuesday morning with trustworts an they only delivered one item i called and was told they got the items at diffrent store im so angry this is the 4th time that i have issues with they online system why cant they get a better system like mr prices or take a lot or hifi etc they online service is poor very frustrated
