Unhappy South African and disgusted with Truworths

This complaint does not even deserve a star. So Truworths have done it again. Every 3-5 years they decide to call me up and inform me I have an outstanding balance on an account in my name. It could be more than 10 years that I last made a purchase on the account which according to me was closed. The last time they called as confirmed by Lucky on the telephone today was about 3 years ago, when they informed me i owed R500.00 and today I owe R1000.00. Three years ago they were going to investigate and get back to me and today they said I should go to a Truworths branch and speak to a branch manager. Since the date the account has been closed i have never received an account from them informing me the account has an outstanding balance and also have not received a paid up letter. Till today i'm still awaiting the out come of the investigation.
