Unhappy Customer,with Truworths Elim Store ( Online Order)

I ordered clothes online at Truworths in 16 February 2025, order number o***, Red Tennis Dress,style number *** Red branded Dress style

number ***,size 36 to be collected at Truworths Wonderpark.

I received a message to collect my order during the week last ,and on Saturday 22 February 2025,I went to Truworths Wonderpark to collect my order,while at store I decided to open my order to my suprise the order that was correct was size 32,and the size 36 dress was not there instead of the size 36 red dress it was a LTD 3 tshirts for boys with more amount that the dress that I ordered. The lady at Truworths Wonderpark called truworths Elim where my order was coming from informing them that they packaged wrong item on my order. they fail to explain to her why they packaged wrong item on my order.

I waited on the store for more than 45 minutes and I end up leaving with only one item,whereas my account has being billed for two item,and received only one item.

I told the lady who was assisting me at Wonderpark to inform the sales assistant or the person who was talking to her on the phone,that I am not happy with their service & inconvenience I had to go through. To date no one from Elim truworths has contacted me.

I feel the way they handled my query was unacceptable & bad .
