Unhappy customer

Today the 29th of April, I went to Truworths Hammanskraal just before 12 midday, the queue was so long and only two people were in the tills, if the manager sees there's a lot of people standing in the queue,what is he/she doing about it, because I waited for almost 25 minutes before I was served, why did they not assign extra staff, I am really not happy with their service and this is not for the first time, I mean we all have errands to run I can't be spending that amount of time in the store idling, because I got better things to be doing with my time.
