Unhappy customer

I have just had the worst experience at Truworths Fourways Mall. I have never felt like a ******** until today and really do not appreciate being treated in this way. I always shop at Truworths Fourways and today I get asked to present my ID and then I get asked to verify my address and cellphone number. The lady next to me looked at me like i was a ******** and the guy behind the counter treated me like one. I told him that I have moved and have one of 2 addresses. I gave him both and then he asks me If I know which suburb I live in??? I answer him and ask him why today is he asking me to verify myself and he tells me that you all do it. But the ladies behind the counter did not ask one of the other 2 ladies standing at the counters to verify themselves. Is this standard practice to make a customer feel like a ********? I understand this is South Africa and ********** crimes are big here but really after presenting my ID surely he can stop asking me to verify my cellphone and address and ask me if i know what suburb I live in?? Really not happy with the way I was treated today!
