Unhappy customer

Truworths staff do not know what a budget and straight facility on a credit card, not even the staff at the call centre. I gave payment instruction to the teller, and she did my payment wrong. The manager did not know as well what i was talking about. Truwoths is a big organisation not to have this facilitiess. Very shocking. One of two things are wrong either lack of training or Truworths as a registered credit provider needs to jack up on systems. I am currently gettig the run around between the store and the call centre
