When visiting our stores, we always want our customers to have an effortless shopping experience, where they are assisted by our passionate and professional staff. It is concerning to hear that after your initial experience, the items were not removed from our rails.

We immediately brought this matter to the attention of the Store Manager and confirm that the items were subsequently removed from the shop floor. He has further apologized on behalf of the store for you once again having experienced this.
