last year I bought clothes of R400 at truworths witbank. I didn't I like it. I returned at Ermelo truworths they gave me R400 gift card.when I went to back to truworths ermelo on 17th Jan to do my shoping . at the counter they told me I do have oniy R100 balance ,somebody used it in secunda on 10th Jan.i am not really happly with the services.please investigate I didn't used voucher in Secunda.
