unhappy client

I opened an account in November 2018 and got a R1000 gift voucher. I was informed that I could use the R1000 gift voucher over a period of 6 months. I bought socks worth R170 and thought I could use the a gift voucher but was informed that I need to buy items worth over R300 before I could use a gift voucher. So that means I can't use January and February month's gift vouchers and was informed that if you don't use it, it expires but never was I informed that I should buy for a certain amount to qualify to use a gift voucher.

It is also not contained in Truworths terms and conditions. So I was deceived by Truworths' advertising ad and also by Truworths cashiers. I am cruelly disillusioned by Truworths' opacity as well as their incompetence to fully inform clients regarding the terms and conditions of the gift vouchers.

I'm looking for answers as soon as possible regarding the above complaint.
