Unhappy- broken clothes

Hi My father and brother bought clothing at the branch in Kenilworth and today was the first time he wore the shirt only to find out the shirt was torn under the arms. I find this beyond pathetic because the prices of the items are beyond ridiculous The tag was unfortunately taken off because it was suppose to be worn for Xmas day. I expect this to be escalated and sorted out asap
