Unhappy and poor customer service

I bought a skirt got a rib in it when i wore it the first time so i took it back to the store in vangate mall they refused to credit the skirt that was in April its pass 6 months. I refuse to pay full installment now they hassle me to make a full installment. My account is in 6 months. What do i do
