unhappy

on the 04th July 2022 I went to the Truworths Newtown junction to exchange my boots because I was not happy with the quality of the heel. it deflates when walking, the newtown junction branch was willing to assist me with the exchange however there was no size, referred me to the Campus square branch where I was refused exchanged, advised that the boots will be taken by the quality assurance dept to get checked, its a week now I have not received communication from the store, left the boots there. I am still waiting
