Unhappy

Very unprofessional the staff in store as well as over the phone, tread customers like you are nothing. I paid my account in advance for 7 months and then the nest month I pay nothing because I am in advance. The nest moment they threatened me with their phone calls. I am buying now for almost 30 years at Truworths and was never overdue and now they treat me so. I am very disappointed in them and in their service. In store is there no one who help you if you need assistance and if you ask at the counter, they look at you if the cat brings you in their shop, not friendly and they didn't knew the word, "good morning, or good afternoon".
