Unhappy

I’m very dissapointed with the service i recieved at Truworths, last week I ordered a blazer online on the Truworths website, at the time it was on promotion. I received a sms stating that my order was delayed but would be delivered soon, suddenly yesterday morning i recieved another sms stating that the product I had ordered was now out of stock, but when I log onto your website the Item still appears as available but now at a greater price. I called customer services for them to sort it out but they told me they will refund me, but now when I called my nearest Truworths, they told me that they do have the item I want, so I called back customer services and told them I want the product at the price I initially paid, and I will pick it up ASAP, they told me they’d call me back this morning but Im still waiting for a phone call, this is very frustrating
