Unfriendly and unhelpful staff with an attitude

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff with an attitude. I am surprised that the cashier was not able to find a voucher issued yesterday on the system. I feel this is unacceptable and a real inconvenience to the customer. This is also not the first time I visited this store and the staff were rude. My previous visit to the Phoenix Plaza branch the staff were also unfriendly and unhelpful. Makes me think twice about visiting this store again.
