Unfairly treated with the slow payment method

During this period of lockdown one would think that Truworths would understand that going out n paying their account is risky but yesterday I did go to checkers n pay.To my surprise they are still calling me and I have emailed them my proof of payment yesterday.How long will this payment reflect because im so annoyed,settled the account in full and will never buy there again.
