Unfair Truworths Unfair

My complaint is against Truworths, a company that I feel does not treat clients like myself fairly. I have not paid my installment for a simple reason to see how it affects my credit score and behold, Truworths update with the credit bureau faster on defaults then they do when ones account is up to date. A small amount is owing which I will settle on the 4th. I would like Truworths to forward me documents stating I have paid also let's get the bureau involved as well. By the way I also did not pay my account to create employment.
