Unfair Business Practise
<p>I had an account with you(Truworths), I went under sequestration, the sequestration court order was sent to you on severel occasions as well as to MBD, The account formed part of my sequestration, the account(Truworths) with all other accounts that was part of the sequestration was updated by all the credit bureaus in 2015, in 2016 the account(Truworths) is reflecting again on my credit report, can you please remove the listing from all the credit bureaus, because the account is not suppose to show 9 months in arrears, I`ve got the sequestration and rehabilitation court orders and it was sent to all the credit bureaus in 2016</p>
Upon receipt of your post we liaised with our Legal Department to investigate this matter.
We were informed that the required documents were not received by them, as such; the status of the account could not be updated. Following an email received from you on 13 September 2016, which contained these documents, your account was updated accordingly and an instruction has been sent to all credit bureaus to update the status of your profile for your Truworths account.
We acknowledge your frustration and trust that we were able to adequately attend to this matter for you.
