Unfair business practice

Good day

On the 13/08/24 i visited Mall @ Carnival and i purchased a Fatigue Mix tech boot for R675 and surprisingly now it on promotion R450 and when i enquired at the store telephonically for the difference and i was told that i can bring back the boots but they won't allow me to purchase them again at a reduced price.

I mean it's not even 7 days after purchase yet the store is unable to honor the price. As a customer under CPA it's also still my right to claim the difference. I mean what kind of traiding is it that won't allow a customer to purchase again? It means our support towards Truworths is not valued at all. I bought with my store account and all i am asking its either for the difference to be returned to my store card or even a voucher is fine that i can reuse in the store.

Please treat us with respect and value our rights aswell.
