unfair billing

Morning<br> <br> i would like an explanation on how is the due amount calculated as i had been paying an account +- R 1000.00 monthly and previously was told my account is in advance and had to pay R 700 now i got the message that my account is due with an amount of R +- 600.00.<br> <br> How come i pay over R 1000 on a credit limit of R 6000 whereas a person who has a limit of over what i have is paying less than what i paying.<br> <br> i had requested my account to be on 6 months plan-i was told i am billed on a 6,9,12 months which i really don't understand. i also got the monthly statements but something doesn't add up. i spoke to Masood and Yonele who don't have the answer for me. i had never accepted limit increase as i know that i want to manage my credit correctly.<br> <br> please clarify as i need the matter to be sorted. a.s.a.p.<br> <br> Dineo ***<br>
