I don’t have a any dealings with Truworths. Out of the blue I receive a marketing sms wherein I am given a number to call should I wish to opt out of future comms from them. So now I must spend my money and my time to get out of something I did not even grant permission for? Upon calling the number I am asked for my ID- spending more of my time and my money to extract my personal information????? Surely there must be a law against such *********, scrupulous, conniving, behaviour????
