Uncomfortable, money wasted and unreasonable manager

I bought slippers yesterday and wore it for a few hours but it turned out too tight in front and the sole part right round was hurting when i walk. I went to the eastgate branch Sabelo refused to help me saying the sleepers was worn, however how am i supposed to cope with discomfort. I mean the slippers were bought yesterday now i must be stuck with a quality issue slippers that is not even worn for 6 months. Sabelo even asks who he must sell the sleepers to. Now i got slippers that i cant even wear cause they not comfortable. I only wanted an exchange.
