UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE!
I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am dumbstruck by the level of bad service received today. I ordered a blazer on 21/05/15 to be delivered to Brooklyn branch. Today 10 days later I actually went there to enquire about the order, normally I am called within days. Head office confirmed they are unable to send it as they cant find it. I just called Menlyn, with terrifying bad service of the in store ladies BUT lo and behold they have it in store... the size and style that headoffice cant find. This is really such a sad day. I have always received great service from Truwoths... another place of good service bites the dust
