Unauthorized opening of an account in my name.
I received a letter in the post from Truworths with an account which has been opened in my name, including a card with my name and everything, ***! The letter was signed by David Pfaff (CFO)

How and where did you get my name and address as I did not give it to you. I was told when I called the call center that I have to phone between 8am and 5pm, the least you useless a-holes can do is to have someone after hours who can tell me what I need to know and to delete my profile from your database. I don't have time to sort you S*** out during work hours, I work for a living, I don't think up **** to make other people's lives difficult!

I do not want or need anything from any Truworths group of stores, now tell me where you got my details and remove my name from your database!!!
Thank you for your post.
At Truworths, we view issues of ***** and irregular credit activity in a very serious light. Therefore when you alerted us of your suspicions that the account had been **********ly opened in your name, we requested that you provide the necessary documentation so that we could conduct a thorough investigation.
We would like to assure you that our selection process for any new account is very thorough and we do have preventative measures in place.
Occasionally, these blocking measures are not always successful; however, when we are notified of ***** immediate action is taken.
Following our telephonic discussion, we acknowledge receipt the required documents on 21 May 2015, and have forwarded this information to our ***** Department to attend to this matter.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on 021- *** or send an e-mail to ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
