Unallocated payments
My wife has an account with you for some time and i pay the account every month, so as we have said to the call center who phone at least 15 times a week ( harassment), i want a detailed statement from you emailed to me as nothing has changed on the balance for 6 months. i have placed this request via the website as well as calling, what do i have to do to get some type of decent reply from Truworths.<br> <br> Please call me urgently
