Unallocated Payment to the Account of Truworths

On the 10th of December (yesterday) I went to Truworths Store in Mall of Tembisa to pay the account as usual which I did. Today I received a call stating that I'm in arreas and I indicate to them that I paid yesterday but they said the money is not reflecting. I just went to the same store I paid at to request that they ensure that the payment is reflected in the records. I've been in the call (Head office) inside the store for the past 40 minutes and there is no answer.
