Unacceptable treatment to consumers
proceeded to be rude and tell me that the money will reflect in 5 days and that whoever told me that it took 2 days did not know what they were saying, she refused to hear what I was saying to her and when I threatened to report them, she said that I should go ahead and do so. I then told her that I would deal with the issue in my own way and she thought that she had hung up the phone had not entirely done so - I could hear her in the background talking to her colleagues about this and even swearing.

This is all distressing to me because I decided to settle these accounts because I want to get my Life back on Track. I do not understand why Mr Price and Foschini sent me the letters in 2 days, and why Truworths is telling me about 15 days.

I urgently need assistance in this as because I decided to be a good citizen and do the right thing, but I still feel trapped. Is this how consumers should be treated by service providers. When do consumer rights apply to this as the indecent way that we are being treated is totally unacceptable!!!!!.
Thank you for your post. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
We have investigated your concerns raised, and has been in contact with you to discuss the matter further. We believe that one of our managers phoned you to advise that they listened to your recent telephonic conversation with one of our consultants.
Although the opinion is that that relevant consultant attended to you in a way in line with our service standards, we still wish to apologise to you for the manner in which you felt your query was handled. It was certainly not the intention of our staff members to cause you any unnecessary frustration.
We trust that this response has adequately addressed your concerns. We would like to take this opportunity to also thank you for your patronage, and we are pleased to confirm that you have subsequently received your requested paid up letter from Truworths.
Kind regards,
Charmaine
