Unacceptable treatment

Hi would like to complain about truworths Westgate... Was there to exchange a t shirt that I bought for my partner and it was small.... Wen I got the the was a stain of which I dnt even know where it came from and the cashier said she won't be able to help me due to that and I told her that I also dnt know what happened to it.... Instead she called the manager of which she was rude to me instead of listening to my story she went on to say if I dnt know where the stain come from why would I expect her to know of which I found it unacceptable

And wen I asked if she would be able to help she said no and walked away... Alright sharp I left it and continued with my purchase went out and the was a bell at the door when I was about to go out only to find out they did not remove those 'alert tag' had to look like a ***** and wait for the security to unpack all my plastics to check which item was not removed... Security had to go back to the very same cashier to ask her to remove those tags waited 15-20 minutes for that

I honestly do not think il ever shop there as they made me looked stupid and like a ***** in front of my daughter
