Unacceptable service Truworths Accounts

This is my wife’s experience with Truworths: “I made three payments in June that have still not been picked up and allocated to my account. In the meantime, I have been continually phoned by MDB Attorneys to the point of harassment. I have sent proof of payment on a number of occasions to MBD as well Truworths accounts department via one of the stores and my account has still not been updated. The last time I did that I was told that there is a backlog and I must ignore the calls and notifications I get.” This has been a very unpleasant experience that has yet to be resolved. WE WILL VOTE WITH OUR FEET TRUWORTHS.
