Unacceptable service
I placed an online order on 17 March. Order number o***
12 DAYS LATER I still don't have my order.
Yesterday a guy from a courier company phoned me saying he is in Germiston with my order, a 100km away from the address I provided!!
Waiting two weeks for an order is unacceptable. Bring my order in the next two days or cancel my order. This is unacceptable.
