Unacceptable Customer Service & Delivery Delays

My online shopping Experience with Thruworths has been an absolute disaster marked by an indifferent customer service team & a lack of accountability.

I placed an order last week Monday (Today: Following Tuesday) and as per the online policy on the site expected to receive my goods within 3-5 working days.

On Friday I called and spoke to several representatives as well as two managers, after about two hours I was eventually told that the order had to be verified telephonically and would only be delivered within a two week period.

I have spent an excess of three hours on hold, to date, none of my requests for call back have materialized and no commitments to follow up have been observed.

Truly unacceptable, I would highly recommend selecting an alternative online clothing merchant.
