UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF

LAKESIDE MALL BRANCH I purchased on Sunday at your store. I had confusion over a voucher. I went to go put a jersey back as voucher was not valid. When I walked away the cashier said loudly in zulu "people with money are stubborn" We are a multi racial family and my "black" daughter was standing at the till and heard every word. How RUDE and how dare you!!!!!!!!!!!!! luckily i was only told when we got to the car AFTER making my R1800 purchase as had i understood I would have walked out and left stuff behind. I will now close my account and will not purchase at Truworths from RUDE insulting staff ever again!!!!!!!!!
