Unable to rectify account

Good day. I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the bad service I have experience with Truworths since I receive no joy in rectifying my problem. I had an outstanding amount of R2200 on my account in 2020. I made payment via EFT of R750.00 on 27 April 2020 and then another R 1300.00 on 08 June 2020. There could have been an outstanding amount of R150. I keep receiving calls requesting an outstanding amount of R 1400. I am not sure why this account cannot be rectified which is problematic since last year. Now I am told that I am handed to legal with accumulated interest. Two staff members are able to pick up the payments while others are unable to so. The phone calls are very annoying since I receive them at any time. This is no fault of mine since I don't work on their systems. I am very angry with the manner in which my account has been handed. Please advise. Thank you!
