Unable to get store card due to loadshedding - BS

I opened an account with Truworths, for the last 2 weeks I have bene going to the store 6 times to collect my store card.. Each time I got here they are offline and unable to assist me. Every time I ask the reason, all they say is loadshedding is messing with their systems.

Day 1 - Explained I am at the shop to collect my store card as I opened an account online, which was approved. Lady proceeds and prints out a log form for me to complete, as if I want to apply for an account, after I told her 3 times I just want to collect my card. Day 2 - Lady behind counter is more interested in her phone than to assist me. When I asked if I can please get my store card, she immediately tells me the system is down, doesn't even bother checking. Day 3 - Same thing, lady just tells me they're down, I ask her to check to make sure, again, no service.

I am truly disappointed in you. I now have to keep my ID with me if I want to shop, as I cannot get a card. Dont think when end of the month comes I need to pay you guys, I'll just say, sorry, loadshedding is preventing me from accessing my bank account, see how you like that.

I'm actually contemplating just closing my account, as it is clear that you do not care about customer service or experience.
