*****ulent Truworths aka (*****worths)

I have found out recently that Truworths has approved a *****ulent account using my personal details, I wonder how can such a big brand like Truworths fail to very carefully before they approve accounts. What's surprising is that they didn't call me when the account was activated but they have a nerve to call me now that the account is owing, how did they get hold of my number? Why didnt I receive OTP if they had my number when the account was activated? Why didnt I get invoices or notifications on my phone in order for me to indicate that there is ***** happening. My credit score is messed up because of *********** Truworths staff and Truworths as brand, they have caused me stress and anxiety since they failing to resolve this. They told me where and when the account was opened and guess what I dont even know the place.
