*****ulent Accounts Opened under my name

Two accounts (Identity and Truworths *****ulently opened using my name. Asked to fill in a declaration form and send back to them on the 4th May. Sent a follow up mail on the 6th May and the a person named Bronwyn Fortune responded saying “ I am just waiting on documents then I will be in contact”. Then on Monday the 8th received a mail from this person notifying me that the declaration form I send wasn’t witnessed. I told her that this is due to the fact that I don’t have access to a printer as I filled the fine electronically and couldn’t get any witness to sign. She then told me that she won’t investigate the *****ulent accounts until I have the form witnessed. I then requested her in the meantime while I get access to a printer to send me all the documents that were completed and signed when these account were opened … to which she never responded to the email. Still awaiting her feedback and documents while I’m getting a witness to sign the deflation form.
