*****ulent account not investigated as promised

Truworths allowed a *****ulent account to be opened in my wife’s name

All the details given were incorrect yet Truworths still allowed the account to be opened

Upon learning of the ***** my wife took the necessary steps and notified them

She was promised they would investigate She was promised an official written letter response acknowledging she did not open the account and that an investigation would take place

Today when requesting what was promised she told they can’t give her a letter till she pressed them for what was promised

It was made known to her they couldn’t give what was promised because no investigation took place

This was an admission from Truworths that they did not investigate the matter as promised

Absolutely shocking given the made it know to my wife that the matter in thier view was address in crediting the goods that were purchased by the ********s they acknowledged the ********s opened the account in store

How is it possible the opened an account in person with all the incorrect information

How did you allow the most obvious *****ulent activity to take place in the flesh right before your very eyes

How do you promised to investigate and do not do so

How is it that you argue with someone who has been a victim of *****ulent use of identity and refuse to do what you promised

What kind of behaviour is this ?
