Early May 2024 I closed down an account I had with Truworths successfully, only for a new account to be opened without my permission on the 21st of May when I visited the store nearest to me I was given word of mouth assurance that there's nothing to worry about. Currently my credit score is busy declining because of this inconvenience. Now I'm told about an investigation that they don't know how long it would drag. I hate this store and it's unhelpful agents!!!
