UI19 form nor found. I yhooo

I just don't get it how a 'big company' as Truworths only has one person who processes UI19 and they were on leave and when they come back they can't find me on the system. A big company as truworths, I'm not happy with these tricks. Now my uif can't be processed cause you can't find me on the system wow. This is annoying and and very not how much you should treat your employees tuu.

On short can I please get my UI19 and that you guy
