How do owners of Truworths Mall of Africa operate and sleep at night knowing very well that they let our children knock of at odd hours where there are no Taxis? I just dropped of a female employer of theirs who was stranded in the middle of the street hitchhiking. What would have happened had that girl got into a wrong car? To make the matters even worse, she bursted out into tears after she received a message saying they'll be disciplined for leaving without a manager's authorisation. How the hell do you make someone work an unpaid overtime and still discipline them for something you could call them in early for? What's funny is this lady told me if you're late by 1 minute, you get a warning but they let you go around 10 when you were supposed to knock of at 9 and you still have to wait for authorisation? That was a child and could have been abducted or killed whilst figuring out how to get home. Have a heart Mall of Africa or we will need to take a stand against you exploiting our children.
