Turworths Melrose Arch - Duplicate Transaction

Yesterday, I bought goods at Truworths Melrose Arch. The transaction was duplicated. At the time I was at the shop, I was told their was a system issue and the goods had to be rung up a second time.

Their office line, *** is not being answered. Can someone from their shop contact me urgently to rectify the duplicate transaction
