Trying to get hold of you for over a week

Good day I have been trying to get hold of you guys for over a week now trying to make payment arrangements as I am not working. But all I seem to get is daily SMSs reminding me to pay in order not to be penalized. We all know the current economical state and the least you can do is get back to your clients when they are actually trying make payment arrangements.
